# About British Mobile Tyres

British Mobile Tyres is a booking and coordination service. We check a nationwide network of independent mobile tyre fitters, confirm an available option and arrange attendance when the customer accepts the price and estimated timing.

## What we do

Tyre problems are awkward because the vehicle may be unsafe to drive, the correct size may not be nearby and local fitting availability changes throughout the day. Our role is to collect the essential information, check suitable fitters in the network and make the booking process clear.

The customer provides the vehicle postcode, tyre size and a description of the problem. British Mobile Tyres checks the network and returns an available option with the quoted price and estimated attendance time. If the customer chooses to proceed, we arrange an independent fitter and share the booking details.

## What we do not claim

We do not claim a staffed depot, directly employed fitting team or guaranteed one-hour attendance in every city. The fitter who attends is an independent business from the network unless a booking explicitly states otherwise.

Availability depends on the customer’s location, tyre size, stock, traffic and current demand. These factors are checked before the estimate is given, and changing road or workload conditions can still affect attendance.

## Why the distinction matters

Clear wording helps customers understand who is coordinating the enquiry and who performs the physical work. The attending fitter assesses whether the vehicle position is safe, verifies the tyre specification and decides whether damaged tyres can be repaired under recognised safety limits.

Customers should review the quoted scope, price, payment arrangements and any deposit before accepting. If the assessment changes the required work, an updated price should be agreed before additional work proceeds.
